Ingredients
4 eggs
1.5 tbsp all purpose flour
20 tsp sugar (5 tsp sugar per egg)
a large pinch of cardamom powder
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven at 250 degree Fahrenheit temperature for 10 minutes.
2. Beat the eggs, sugar and cardamom powder until it becomes light, fluffy and double in quantity. It may take a while.
3. Once you get the right consistency, add maida little by little and mix it slowly . Do not over mix.
4. Butter a nonstick pan. Pour the prepared batter into the pan and cover it with a lid.
5. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cake is completely cooked. You can see whether it is cooked by inserting fork in the cake. (Instead of the nonstick pan, you can use a baking tray also. Cover it with an aluminium foil then)
6. Once the cake is completely cooled down, you can cut it into required shapes.
